At Mmaraka, we strive to ensure that your order gets to you in-time, in good condition and/or safely. However, please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays, during National disasters, during sale periods, order overloads and delayed international shipments. Third Party Seller compliance to lead-times and general Mmaraka community rules may affect our service delivery to You.
Most deliveries are dispatched from Third Party Seller to, our warehouse, then inspected, packed and forwarded to You. In some cases, when an order is made through a third party payment provider or website, we await payment to clear before order is dispatched.
Our deliveries are managed by third party providers, namely CourierNow.co.za, Fastway Couriers, the Courier Guy, City Logistics and or DSV. Standard delivery periods are 2 – 5 working days once the item arrives at our warehouse. The Seller however has a 7 working day lead-time in which to acknowledge the order and ship to our warehouse for onward delivery to You.
The cost of delivery is free for orders above *R1000. We apply a standard flat fee of R100 should your order basket not be up to *R1000. We deliver to all parts of South Africa. Deliveries are effected on weekdays only. If you miss a paid delivery, the delivery will be re-attempted for up to 3 times after which it will be returned back to our warehouse (Note: If such happens, for it to be redelivered, might come at an extra cost to You). For all free Delivery, we will only attempt to deliver once. After a failed delivery, the item(s) will be returned back to our warehouse either for client pickup or re-delivery at client’s own cost.
