Easily get help in the rare case that something goes wrong when shopping from a small business on Mmaraka. Kindly note that we do not payout the Seller until your order has been delivered to you. The payment essentially stays safely with us until the order is confirmed as delivered. Should anything go wrong with the Seller delivery, your money will be refunded back to you in full. Our compliance and monitoring teams do their best to ensure that the Mmaraka marketplace is safe of fraudulent and inefficient Sellers; we have a strict vetting and verification process during Seller onboarding and have community guidelines that Sellers have to adhere to.
