Three blades that can be used the serrated blade for soft skins, the swivel blade for quick and easy peeling and the julienne blade which creates fine strips to add a decorative flair to salads and meals. To use the Peeler simply select your blade and lock the blade into position. The Tri-Blade Peeler is easy to use, not recommended for the dishwasher as salt residue may cause rust-like pit marks on the blade of the Peeler.
